Do I need a subscription to order? No. You can order as much or as little as you would like. You can, however, choose to sign up for our Gold Membership or Platinum Club. Membership to these groups come with additional benefits and are a minimum commitment of one year.

How do I order? If you are a techie, you can order food through our website. If you prefer a conversation or want a customized order, you can call up your personal banQer at any time.

By when do I need to order? You will need to order by 11AM the day before you would like your delivery. We deliver food Monday to Friday.

Can I cancel my order once it's been placed? Your order can be cancelled up until 11AM the day before delivery. After 11AM, your chefs will be hard at work cooking up your dishes!

What form of payment do you accept? We accept credit card or PayPal.

Can I give the gift of le banQ to a friend? Absolutely! You can purchase a gift card in any amount from our online shoppe.


How does the food look when it arrives? Your food will be packaged in individual containers and stored in a bag. It will be fully cooked and then chilled to preserve freshness.

How frequently do you deliver? We deliver every morning, Monday through Friday.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery? You don't have to be, but you will want to be. The food arrives fresh and unfrozen, so you will want to put it in a refrigerator as soon as possible.

What happens if I'm not home? We understand that challenges arise and schedules do not always align. If you're not going to be home when we arrive with your food, don't worry. Simply leave a cooler with ice outside of your door.


How many people does each order feed? All regular meals contain one adult-sized serving. All children's meals contain one child-sized serving.

Do I have to prepare the meals? Nope! Your food will arrive chilled, so you simply need to heat them up (if desired).
